Great workshop in Brisbane last week with an enthusiastic group of artists and arts workers who took a Sunday off from their practice to learn about the finer points of setting up a successful arts business. Excellent day’s work covering off preparation, planning, set up, start up and a few key business and marketing principles. Good luck everybody – some great ideas there just waiting to get up and go.
